BURGLARY CHARGES CRIMINAL MISCHIEF DRUG CHARGES DUI FRAUD HIT AND RUN RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY STALKING THEFT CHARGES
FULTON TWP.: Michael S. Justice, 25, and Kyle Rivera, 21, both of Nottingham, have been charged in connection with a burglary Jan. 8 in the 1800 block of Cherry Hill Road during which nine firearms were taken. Both men are charged with burglary, theft, conspiracy and trespassing. Rivera was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. State police said Justice was sent to Delaware County Prison on a warrant.
WARWICK TWP.: An attempt was made to break into a vending machine Saturday at a car wash in the 700 block of Rothsville Road. Estimated damage was $800 to $1,000. Northern Lancaster County Regional Police ask anyone with information to contact them at 733-0965 or via www.nlcrp.org.
MARTIC TWP.: James Fritsch, 31, of Pequea, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop at 4:55 p.m. Monday, on Martic Heights Drive at Hilldale Road.
PENN TWP.: Michael A. Johnson, 19, of 116 E. High St., Manheim, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana as the result of an incident Jan. 31 in the parking lot of Manheim Commons.
WARWICK TWP.: Michael Willman, 42, of 137 Owl Hill Road, Lititz, was charged Monday as the result of a crash Jan. 26 in the 100 block of Owl Hill Road.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Jeffrey Barnes, no age given, of Mashpee, Mass., was arrested by state police for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs Feb. 5 in the 2800 block of Lincoln Highway East.
EPHRATA TWP.: Andrew Beard, 34, of Akron, was charged as the result of a traffic stop Feb. 1 on Route 272 at Alexander Drive. State police said also cited Beard for speeding and other traffic violations.
MANOR TWP.: Robert Cruz, 45, of North Duke Street, was charged as a result of a traffic stop Jan. 27 on Columbia Avenue.
NEW HOLLAND: Ronald D. Simmons, 56, of Ephrata, was charged as the result of a traffic stop Jan. 25 on Diller Avenue at West Main Street. Chemical testing showed Simmons' blood-alcohol content was .18 percent, police said.
EARL TWP.: Tony N. Graybill, 45, of Leola, was charged after a traffic stop Jan. 21 in the 900 block of West Main Street. Chemical tests showed Graybill's blood-alcohol content was .14 percent, police said.
NEW HOLLAND: Brittany Hall, 24, of New Holland, was charged after a traffic stop Jan. 20 on West Main Street at Custer Avenue. Chemical tests showed Hall's blood-alcohol content was .13 percent, police said.
MANOR TWP.: Lon Wolf, 58, of Windgate Court, Millersville, was charged after a traffic stop Jan. 18 in the 700 block of Millersville Road.
WASHINGTON BORO: Daniell Richardson, 25, of Locust Street, Columbia, was charged as the result of a one-vehicle crash Dec. 30 in the 1800 block of Water Street. Police said Richardson lost control of her car which struck several mailboxes and a cement wall before overturning. She and a male passenger were thrown from the vehicle.
MANOR TWP.: Donlynn Collison, 52, of Manor Avenue, Millersville, was charged as the result of a traffic stop Dec. 22 on Stonemill Road.
EAST DONEGAL TWP.: Matthew Travitz, 25, of Columbia, is being charged as the result of a hit-and-run accident Dec. 6 on Route 772. Police said Travitz fled the scene of the accident, was stopped by Columbia police and was found to be under the influence of alcohol, plus driving with a suspended license.
WARWICK TWP.: Jon M. Coover, 34, of 224 Red Cedar Road, Marietta, was charged after allegedly accepting $4,100 in March 2012 for a contracting job estimated to cost a total of $8,330.79. Police said the initial amount was more than the one-third allowable by law. Upon the cancellation of the contract by the victim, Coover failed to immediately return the money. A check issued by Coover to the victim in August was returned due to insufficent funds. Police said the victim, a resident of the 1000 block of Clay Road, still has not been able to recover the funds.
WARWICK TWP.: The driver of a Honda Accord fled after striking fence posts early Friday in front of a home in the 200 block of Becker Road. Damage to the property was estimated at $3,000. The vehicle sustained heavy damage. Police said the owner of the vehicle has declined to cooperate with the investigation. Police ask anyone with information to contact them at 733-0965.
MANOR TWP.: Scarlett Musser, 43, of Acorn Lane, Mountville, was charged after allegedly taking $1,000 worth of jewelry from a home in the 300 block of Banyan Circle Drive where she had been staying. Police said Musser then sold the jewelry to a business on Columbia Avenue.
CLAY TWP.: Michael Horning, 32, of 18 Sunflower Dr., Ephrata, was charged as the result of an incident Thursday in the 100 block of Mollie Drive. Horning also was wanted on a criminal warrant.
MANHEIM TWP.: David A. Dalmacy, 19, of Lancaster, was charged Monday after he allegedly left the Giant, 1360 Columbia Ave., without paying for merchandise valued at $45.
WARWICK TWP.: Felix Delgado, 39, of the 300 block of Marshall Street, was charged after an incident Thursday at Schuykill Valley Sports, 1040 Lititz Pike. A police officer sent to the store for a possible theft-in-progress saw a suspect, later identified as Delgado, running from the store. A foot pursuit ensued. Delgado entered a vehicle but then attempted to flee from the car. The officer drew his weapon and ordered Delgado to the ground. He complied and was taken into custody. Delgado was charged with theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
