E-town women to playoffs

Elizabethtown 66, Stevenson 43

The Elizabethtown College women beat visiting Stevenson, 66-43, Tuesday and, in the process, earned a Commonwealth Conference playoff berth.

The Blue Jays will host Lycoming Monday in a CC quarterfinal game. The time is to be determined.

Rachel Forjan was 7 for 11 (including a pair of 3-pointers) from the field to pace the Blue Jays (13-10, 10-7 CC) with 16 points off the bench.

Taylor Kreider added 13 points and Taylor Alwine had 12 rebounds, four assists, and four steals for the Jays.

Elizabethtown will host Albright at 2 p.m. Saturday in its final regular-season game.
