Patricia P. Shiffer
Patricia P. Shiffer, 79, died on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Moravian Manor where she had been a resident for five years.Born in Warwick Township, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Luella R. Adams. She was the widow of Harold A. Shiffer, Jr., who died in 1997.She worked as an inspector for Pennfield Corporation for over 30 years. Patricia enjoyed bowling in her younger years and carried the highest score for the Moravian Manor Wii bowling league. She also enjoyed puzzles. She had the chance to be behind the wheel at the racetrack on powder puff nights and was a Bobby Abel fan during her trips to Lincoln Speedway. After retirement, she enjoyed going to Tagg Run Campground with the family camper and attending the Lititz Senior Center. She is survived by her son, Brian C., husband of Bonnie L. Shiffer, Lancaster, PA; two sisters, Jane, wife of Robert Swartz, Berwick, PA and Alice wife of Gary Q. Simmons, Newark, Delaware, and several nieces and one nephew.Relatives and friends are invited to attend Patricia?s Life Celebration Funeral Service from the Spacht Funeral Home, 127 S. Broad St., Lititz, PA 17543 on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. Interment at Millport Union Cemetery. Friends may call at the Spacht Funeral Home on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
