Saluting Hyson's commitment
TO THE EDITORS:
I was saddened to learn of the death of Tom Hyson. He was a person who always acted on the belief that it was necessary to benefit all people.
In addition to the many activities mentioned in the news article, Tom served Southeast Lancaster's Health Services for many years, including his years as president of the board of directors. In that role, he saw to it that SELHS provided competent, professional compassionate service in a fiscally responsible manner for every patient while at the same time supporting the staff, including me, to follow through on board action.
