n Highland Presbyterian Church will administer the 29th annual Lancaster Interchurch Peace Witness essay contest on "Safe Schools: Peace by Piece" for Lancaster County public, private and home-schooled students in grades nine through 12. Deadline for written and video essays in three divisions is April 13. First-place winners will receive $250; second, $125; third, $75.
