RAPHO TWP.: James B. Wheeler, 29, of Manheim, was charged Jan. 30 in the 3500 block of Back Run Road after he allegedly pulled a knife on a person during an argument and threatened to slash the person.

SADSBURY TWP.: A burglar took about $1,700 and three cash boxes from an unsecured drawer at Fisher's Market, 5386 Strasburg Road, between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, state police said. Entry was made through an unlocked rear door.

LANCASTER: A black box containing $525 cash, another $203 in cash, and medication and assorted jewelry were stolen from a home in the 100 block of Circle Avenue between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday.

LANCASTER: A TV and other items were reported stolen Monday from a home in the 500 block of South Lime Street. Loss was $1,399.

RAPHO TWP.: Michael Stoltzfus, 31, of 3703 Marietta Ave., Silver Spring, Dylan J. Hammer, 18, of 31 N. Main St., Manheim, Seth C. Keefer, 21, of Cider Press Road, Manheim, and Wilfredo E. Rivera, 19, of 407 Shadetree Blvd., Marietta, were charged after police said they drove their vehicles onto private property causing extensive property damage Dec. 24.

LANCASTER TWP.: Tara M. Swinehart, 40, and Ashley R. Swinehart, 18, both of the 100 block of Dickens Drive, were charged Tuesday after a domestic disturbance at their home.

LANCASTER: Antoni G. Katsaros, 27, of the 1200 block of Sweetbriar Way, and Angel L. Dejesus, 36, of the 100 block of Pickwick Place, Millersville, were charged after a disturbance Sunday in the first block of North Queen Street.

MILLERSVILLE: Kevin P. McNulty, 21, of Millersville, was arrested for allegedly possessing a small amount of marijuana Jan. 25 in the first block of North Prince Street.

ADAMSTOWN: Charges are pending against Cole A. Jenks, 23, of Denver, after a traffic stop Sunday in the 300 block of North Reading Road.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Township resident Scott Alan Rineer, no age given, was charged Sunday after a traffic stop on Lincoln Highway at Oakview Road. He also allegedly had a small amount of marijuana.

MANHEIM TWP.: Skyler James Derr, no age given, of Willow Street, was stopped for erratic driving Jan. 27 on Route 30 near Fruitville Pike, state police said. He was arrested for DUI.

MILLERSVILLE: Colleen J. Abrams, 21, of Millersville, was arrested Jan. 27 in the 200 block of Manor Avenue.

MILLERSVILLE: Roger C. Weaver, 60, of Lancaster, was arrested Jan. 26 after an accident involving a bicyclist in the 1200 block of Millersville Road.

LANCASTER: Rosa M. Velasquez, 20, of 616 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 1, was charged with forgery and two counts of theft by deception after she allegedly took two personal checks that didn't belong to her from a desk in her home. She then had another person fill out the checks. Velasquez tried to cash an $800 check Monday at Fulton Bank, 860 S. Duke St.

COLERAIN TWP.: Jeffrey Melrath, 58, of Kirkwood, pushed and grabbed a Kirkwood woman following a verbal altercation Wednesday morning, state police said. He was charged.

LANCASTER: Ivette Mercado-Maldonado, 51, of the first block of Green Street, was cited after she allegedly slapped a woman twice in the face, pulled her hair and bit her fingers, causing redness to those areas, in the 100 block of North Lime Street Tuesday night.

LITITZ: A dark-colored vehicle, possibly a Jeep, struck a utility pole in the 500 block of Front Street Saturday. The vehicle was last seen traveling east on Front Street toward Oak Street. Pieces of debris found at the scene indicated that the rear window of the vehicle was broken out. The pole was damaged and will need to be replaced.

LANCASTER: A white 2007 Suzuki was stolen between Jan. 25 and Monday from a garage in the 400 block of Prospect Street.

COLERAIN TWP.: Aaron S. Landis, 20, of North East, Md., was charged after he allegedly sent text messages to a resident of the 300 block of Maple Shade Road.

LANCASTER: A man threatened a woman and said he had a gun in the 300 block of North Pine Street shortly before 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, city police said. He took a $299 cellphone from her and fled north. The robber was described as a black man, 25 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall, with a thin build. He wore a dark-colored knit hat, blue denim jeans and a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt.

LANCASTER: Two men stole a cellphone, cash and leather coat with fur lining from a man around 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Elm Street.

LITITZ: John Bawi Hu Lian, 33, of the 200 block of East Clay Street, on Saturday allegedly entered the home of his estranged wife in the first block of South Broad Street, physically assaulted her and drove her from the apartment. He later returned and stole her vehicle. Hu Lian was arrested Sunday at his home and charged with stalking, unlawful restraint, simple assault and vehicle theft. He was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

MANHEIM TWP.: Keys were taken from an unlocked locker at LA Fitness, 1300 Lititz Pike, sometime between 8:20 and 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, police said. The keys were then used to open the victim's car in the lot. A wallet and cellphone were taken. Loss $558.

LANCASTER: A window of a vehicle was broken and a black canvas shoulder bag was taken from it in the 700 block of Prospect Street overnight Tuesday. A window of a vehicle was broken and a factory-installed radio was stolen from it in the 400 block of South Prince Street the same night. Total loss is $125.

FULTON TWP.: Two 25-foot welding cables were stolen between Saturday and Monday from the 100 block of Little Britain Church Road.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: An impact wrench valued at $400 was reported stolen from a garage in the first block of East Church Street Jan. 30.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Tyler James Marchlewski, 23, of Columbia, was taken into custody and charged with taking $35.30 worth of items at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, Tuesday.

LANCASTER: Denise E. Peters, 37, of the 400 block of North Duke Street, was charged with taking $97 worth of items Saturday at Park City Center.

LANCASTER: Isha Q. Henderson, 22, of the first block of West King Street, was charged with taking $79.98 worth of DVDs Saturday from FYE, Park City Center.

MANHEIM TWP.: Two juveniles, ages 14 and 15, forced entry Saturday into a locked room inside a residence in the 2100 block of Coventry Road and stole $40. Both were charged with theft and criminal conspiracy; one also was cited with criminal mischief.

EPHRATA TWP.: Timothy J. Schittler, 22, of Lancaster, was charged Jan. 2 with taking a large-screen TV from Walmart, 890 E. Main St., Nov. 27. Loss amount was not disclosed.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Ammon H. Martin, 53, of Ephrata, was injured Monday after his vehicle left the road in the 300 block of East Church Street and flipped onto its side. Rescuers freed him from the wreckage. Martin was taken to Lancaster General Hospital.

LANCASTER: Police said a 3-foot slice was cut into the roof of a Chrysler convertible Saturday in the East King Street Garage.

MANHEIM TWP.: A Suzuki dirt bike was stolen from a shed in the 100 block of Roosevelt Boulevard sometime between Saturday and Wednesday.

LANCASTER: A blue 2001 Buick with registration JBT4463 was taken Friday or Saturday from the first block of West Vine Street.

LANCASTER: A white 2012 tractor trailer with New Jersey registration TKV15L was stolen from the 300 block of Steel Way Jan. 22 or 23.
