Biden opens mouth, inserts foot
TO THE EDITORS:
Vice President Joe Biden has gotten his foot in his mouth again. He must like the taste of his feet because he manages to get his foot in there every few months or so.
I was delighted to see the local golf courses come forward with the mile distances from the shooting scene from where those Amish children were murdered on that fateful day Oct. 2, 2006. However, no amount of laws will prevent such tragedies from happening.
The judicial system has got to change with a tough "no strikes and you are out. "
As for Mr. Biden, he should get his facts straight before he opens his mouth.
William Blake's famous advice applies to Mr. Biden: "Sometimes it is better to remain silent and thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt!"
