Corbett's privatization problem

TO THE EDITORS:

In the midst of nationwide budget deficits, privatizing state liquor stores may increase Pennsylvania's by $550 million. Is this Gov. Corbett's austerity program?

Not only will 3,600 people lose their jobs, but state aid programs may suffer. Increasing education budgets through capriciously questionable block grants should raise concerns.

Is privatizing state revenue an acceptable paradigm? Corbett's governing policies are suspect: stand your ground, vaginal probes, amending electoral vote counts, absolving Penn State's pedophile sanctions. Should Pennsylvania be proud of his legacies?
