Curious about United States presidents, Chesapeake oystering, writing your life story or the issues surrounding Marcellus shale?

More than 30 classes -- on these topics and more -- are part of the Pathways Institute for Lifeling Learning program at Landis Homes that's open to all county residents age 55 and older.

A $75 registration fee (or $20 for a single course) enrolls participants in the five courses of their choice. Courses run March through May, and other events include visits to galleries, historical societies and cultural centers for exhibits, concerts and other special events.

For a full catalog of courses offered this semester, as well as registration forms and information, visit landishomes.org and, on the Home page, click on Pathways Institute Spring Term Catalogue & Registration.

Landis Homes is at 1001 E. Oregon Road, Lititz.
