EDEN TWP.: Jewelry and coins were taken during the day Monday from a home in the 100 block of Summit Hill Road. State police said forced entry was made through the front door.

LANCASTER: A game system and cash were taken Friday from a home in the 700 block of Fremont Street. Loss was $210. A game system and a necklace were stolen Friday from a home in the 600 block of Lake Street. Loss was $505.

SALISBURY TWP.: Jewelry and electronics were stolen from a home in the 6200 block of Davis Lane during the day on Thursday, state police said. A rear door had been left unsecured.

EDEN TWP.: Air tools and a leaf blower were stolen from a shed in the 100 block of Groff Road between Jan. 29 and Saturday, state police said. Entry was through two secured shed doors.

Police ask anyone with information about the burglaries in Eden and Salisbury townships to call them at 299-7650. Tipsters also may call Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-322-1913 or anonymously text LANCS plus your message to 847411 (TIP411).

EAST PETERSBURG: The sunroof of a vehicle was shattered while it was parked overnight Friday in the 2600 block of Northfield Drive. Loss is $250.

CLAY TWP.: A window of a vehicle was broken Friday in the 100 block of Arrowhead Drive. Amount of damage was not reported.

CLAY TWP.: Two tires were cut on a pickup truck in the 200 block of Woodchuck Drive overnight Jan. 29. Damage was about $250.

PARADISE TWP.: Joshua Dean Reber, 18, of Ronks, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation on Paradise Lane, south of Route 30, on Saturday, state police said. Reber was arrested for alleged possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: James V. Pratt, 31, of Strasburg, was stopped Saturday at Routes 30 and 340 for an outstanding bench warrant, police said. During the stop, he allegedly was found to have suspected heroin, marijuana, prescription pills and a syringe.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Kalyn A. Highfield, no age given, of Coatesville, was stopped Friday for a traffic violation on Route 30 at Oak View Road and was discovered to have a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, state police said.

EAST DONEGAL TWP. Melissa Ann Penwell, 28, of 310 Red Cedar Lane, Marietta, was charged Monday after a Jan. 26 traffic accident in the 200 block of Endslow Road.

PARADISE TWP.: Clinton L. Young, no age given, of Gordonville, crashed his truck into a fence on Paradise Road, just off Singer Avenue, on Jan. 20, state police said. He was arrested for DUI.

LITITZ: Vanessa Rave, 19, of Lititz, was charged after a one-car wreck Jan. 6 in the 600 block of East Main Street.

LANCASTER: Lester F. Rowe, 31, of the 600 block of Bay Street, was charged after he allegedly struck a man several times in the face Thursday in the 400 block of Pearl Street.

LANCASTER TWP.: Robert E. Jones, 22, of North Prince Street, was arrested Friday after he went to a former girlfriend's home in the 1600 block of Judie Lane in violation of a protection from abuse order.

EAST DONEGAL TWP.: Georgeann L. Campbell, 54, of 147 Eleanor Drive, Marietta, was charged Jan. 25 for visiting a prohibited home in the 100 block of Eleanor Drive. She was placed in Lancaster County Prison.

LANCASTER: Reynaldo Roque-Rivero, 45, of 540 Pershing Ave., was charged after he allegedly swung a steak knife at and threatened to kill a 21-year-old woman Sunday at his home.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Robert Torres, 48, and Lillian Torres, 51, both of Lancaster, removed $140 worth of jewelry from its packaging and Lillian Torres concealed it in her underwear Monday at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, police said. They were taken into custody and charged.

MANHEIM TWP.: Shawn P. McClure, 43, no address given, in August signed a rental contract with Aaron's, 1509A Lititz Pike, for furniture. In September, he added a television to the contract. No payment was made for the items and they were not returned. McClure has been charged with theft of leased property. Loss is $5,568.

LANCASTER TWP.: Dakota L. Dart, 20, of West High Street, Manheim, on Jan. 23 "returned" merchandise valued at $39 to Giant, 1360 Columbia Ave., and received a gift card for that amount. It was later learned he had not bought the item. Dart was charged with theft by deception.

LANCASTER: Maddie Fritz, 25, no known address, was charged with taking $291 worth of clothing Jan. 22 from JCPenney.

MANHEIM TWP.: Seth E. Myers, 23, of North Queen Street, was cited Jan. 20. He allegedly ordered a pizza from a local pizza shop and when it arrived, took it inside his home without paying the $32 bill. Efforts to collect the money were unsuccessful.

WARWICK TWP.: Traffic was disrupted when a horse collapsed and died while pulling a buggy in the 1400 block of East Newport Road on Sunday. The dead horse and the buggy were removed from the road by a skid loader.

CHESTER COUNTY: Keith V. Griffin, 32, of Lancaster, was driving too fast on wet roads when he hit an embankment and a porch of a house along New London Road in London Britain Township on Sunday, police said. He went through two yards, got back onto the road and drove a mile and a half before stopping and notifying police. He was not injured.

WEST EARL TWP.: Two people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Sunday, township police said. Joseph Groff, 21, of Akron, was traveling north in the 4300 block of Oregon Pike around 9 a.m. when he made a left turn in front of a southbound vehicle driven by Robert Sherman, 56, of Akron. Sherman and his passenger, 56-year-old Ann Sherman, were treated for injuries at Lancaster General Hospital. Neither was listed as a patient there Monday. Rescuers responding to the call included Akron Fire Department and Leola Ambulance.

LANCASTER TWP.: A resident of the 1500 block of Hillcrest Road reported that a window was broken and his home was entered Friday. Nothing was taken. Damage is $100.
