Louise L. Mellinger
Louise L. Mellinger, 92, formerly of Leola (Monterey), passed away on Monday, February 4, 2013, at Garden Spot Village.She was born in Lykens to the late Leo and Sarah (Daniels) Leonard and was the wife of the late Richard Diller Mellinger.Louise was a member of the Salem Evangelical Reformed Church, Hellers, Leola. She loved her family, cooking and her Hallmark shows. Louise is survived by her children, Dr. Richard, wife of Sandy (Lichty) Mellinger of Ephrata, Linda, wife of James T. Van Horn III of Audubon, Diane, wife of Buzz Simeral of Swampscott, MA, Sally, wife of Dr. Andrew P. Manesis of New Canaan, CT; grandchildren, Michael Mellinger, Brian Simeral, Dr. Traci (Mellinger) Kohl, Scott Mellinger, Brad Simeral, Heather Van Horn, James T. Van Horn IV, Laura (Simeral) Chevalier, Paul Manesis; great grandchildren, Grant, Alex, Molly, Dylan, James, Andrew, Jacqueline, Quinn, Sarah and Evelyn.In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a stepbrother, Miles Brown.A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2013, from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Garden Spot Village Chapel, 433 S.
