Pittsburgh senior Korinne Piper (Hempfield) finished fourth in the 800-meter run (2:20.8) and senior Kevin Hull (Hempfield) finished fifth in the mile (4:34.5) at Saturday's Akron Invitational.

Franklin & Marshall freshman Rebecca Swisher (Lancaster Catholic) was named Centennial Conference Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week Tuesday. Swisher won the pole vault at Friday's Susquehanna Invitational, reaching a height of 10-11d-v. She set a school record with a vault of 11-5d-v at the Kutztown Invitational Jan. 11.
