Frontier Communications donates $15,000 to Franklin & Marshall College

Frontier Communications has donated $15,000 to Franklin & Marshall College through the state's Educational Improvement Tax Credit program.

The funds benefited Poetry Pathways, F&M's outreach program to encourage local primary-school students to write poetry, and the National College Advising Corps/Keystone Region, an F&M partnership with rural high schools that helps students determine their best educational options.

This gift, announced Monday, marked the second year Frontier donated to F&M through the EITC program. In 2011 the company gave F&M $20,000.
