Golf course was near schoolhouse

TO THE EDITORS:

Have those who wrote that Vice President Joe Biden was off course with his comments about the Nickel Mines shooting ever been in the area of the now-removed Amish schoolhouse?

I have.

We saw where the Amish schoolhouse had been and ate at a golf course near there. They also had some golf clothing for sale there.

Did the persons realize the distance across fields from the school house (removed) is shorter than on the roads, or didn't they check it out at all?

Is there a political reason for making Biden out to be a liar?
