Lillian C. Demko, 83 yrs., of Honey Brook, died on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at the Phoebe Home in Allentown, following an illness.She was born in Chester, Pa. on January 27, 1930. Lillian was the wife of the late John Demko, who died on August 5, 2003.Lillian was a homemaker to her beloved family. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and crocheting.A son, Michael Demko, 5 brothers and a sister, preceded her in death.Lillian is survived by 2 sons, John and William Demko both of Honey Brook; 3 daughters, Patricia Johnson of Aston, Pa., Annetta Gay of Emmaus and Lillian Demko of Ithaca, NY; and a sister. There are 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 11 AM from The Labs Funeral Home, Inc., 141 Pequea Ave., Honey Brook, Pa., with Rev. Dr. Walter E. Shuler, officiating. Interment will follow at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Cemetery.
