Women and the draft

TO THE EDITORS:

Equality in the military, as in permitting women to serve in combat roles, should carry over to requiring women to register for Selective Service aka the draft.

It will be interesting to see the reaction from the women's lib supporters to this suggestion. After all, fair is fair and full equality should mean full responsibility of citizenship for both segments of our population.
