Police say stolen TV tied to killing
Lancaster city police on Monday said a 40-inch flat-screen television was stolen from an apartment during or after a recent homicide.
Allen W. Hess was found dead Jan. 7 in a first-floor apartment at 248 W. Walnut St., where he had been staying.
No one has been charged with the killing.
Police now say that a TV was taken from the apartment where Hess was slain.
