Toddler drowns in bathtub
INDIANA, Pa. (AP) -- A western Pennsylvania coroner says a toddler found dead in a bathtub accidentally drowned.
Indiana County Coroner Michael Baker says 13-month-old Ryden Thomas of White Township was found unresponsive Saturday night in a bathtub. He was pronounced dead at Indiana Regional Medical Center.
Baker says preliminary autopsy results showed no evidence of trauma or physical abuse to Ryden. He says the boy was in good health at the time of the accident.
State police are investigating.
