Help kids who fall through the cracks

TO THE EDITORS:

In response to writer Charlie Faltermayer's letter to the editor, Jan. 25, I will keep it short and simple.

In this same paper, we find the most heart-rending articles on child abuse. I hope and pray we all spend a little more time working on the children and their families who are here and now.

Obviously, unwanted children are falling through the cracks of our society. Let's all keep our eyes open and help if we see a need.
