Governor's policies are assailed

TO THE EDITORS:

First, Gov. Tom Corbett takes away the $200-a-month cash benefits for all people who can't find work. But let's make sure all the politicians get a five-digit figure income, all the perks they want, a lifetime of health care, all of which we the people had to pay out of our own pockets, as I have done all my life.

Now I'm in need, and I get slapped in the face. There is something really wrong here. If that is not bad enough, I read today he is taxing gas stations? Are you kidding me? He won't tax the billion-dollar gas companies, or he gives tax breaks to Shell Oil, but my $200 a month will break his budget? Now we the people will have to pay yet more at the pump, as you know the gas station owners will pass that tax on to us.

I'm going to do all I can to make sure this man never gets elected again.
