DISORDERLY CONDUCT DRUG CHARGES THEFT BURGLARY RETAIL THEFT

MANHEIM TWP.: Danielle E. Tooth, 24, of Blue Rock Road, Millersville, was charged after a disturbance Wednesday in the 100 block of Jennings Drive.

LANCASTER: Fletcher Morton, 44, of the 800 block of Blunston Street, Columbia, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged a door during a domestic dispute Tuesday in the 600 block of North Plum Street.

MANHEIM TWP.: Denis M. Ngumo, 26, of Pennshire Drive, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday outside his home.

ELIZABETHTOWN: A 16-year-old Elizabethtown boy was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana at 11:40 a.m. Thursday at Elizabethtown High School, police said. A 13-year-old Elizabethtown boy was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana at 8 a.m. at Elizabethtown Middle School. The schools are at 600 E. High St.

LANCASTER: Two 33-pound aluminum propane cylinders and a padlock were stolen overnight Monday from Suburban Propane, 1340 Manheim Pike. Loss was $482.

LANCASTER: A radio/CD player and 9mm Smith and Wesson handgun were stolen overnight Sunday from a vehicle in the 800 block of West Vine Street. Loss was $610.

LANCASTER: A criminal complaint for theft was filed against Pedro Lebron-Ortiz, 39, of Clark Street. Police said he was seen leaving Giant, 1360 Columbia Ave., with a store shopping basket containing merchandise for the store. He drove away when an employee tried to stop him but was later located by police.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Anthony Bisazza, 23, and Randall Schell, 29, were charged Tuesday with burglary, criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking for their role in a Jan. 17 burglary at a residence in the 600 block of North Peartown Road, Reinholds. Several guns and about $440 in cash were taken, police said. Schell is incarcerated in the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill on a parole violation. Bisazza is in Berks County Prison on unrelated charges. The guns have not been recovered. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Detective Keith Neff at 336-1725.

CLAY TWP.: A resident of the 200 block of West Burkholder Road told Northern Lancaster County Regional Police last week that the back door of his trailer was kicked in and his Seiko wall clock stolen Jan. 25.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Antoinette Dee Cruz, 20, Lancaster, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft. Police accused her of concealing merchandise worth $186.29 in her backpack and then exiting Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, at 8:51 p.m. Tuesday.

ELIZABETHTOWN: Roy Crumlich Jr., no address given, was cited for retail theft and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail. Police said Crumlich, who had two prior retail theft convictions, unpackaged and concealed under his clothing several items, valued at $70, at Advance Auto Parts, 800 S. Market St., around 10:51 a.m. Monday.
