The alleged accomplice in a recent city burglary, during which the victim held another suspect at gunpoint, was arrested Wednesday, Lancaster police said.
Gamalier Perez-Delgado, 35, whose last known address was in the first block of Waverly Avenue, Neffsville, was taken into custody just after noon at a house in Lebanon where he was staying, according to Lt. Todd Umstead.
He was arraigned on burglary, theft and conspiracy charges by District Judge Cheryl Hartman and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Police had been working to identify Perez-Delgado since he allegedly was seen fleeing the 300 block of Mill Street on Jan. 22 in a gold Honda.
Witnesses identified him from a photo lineup.
His alleged accomplice, Jean Carlos Rivera-Gonzalez, 22, was confronted by the resident of the home, who held Rivera-Gonzalez at gunpoint until police arrived.
Investigators said it was the second time in two days that Rivera-Gonzalez broke into the home.
