Don't mess with earned benefits

TO THE EDITORS:

How dare this president even suggest to cut Social Security payments and Medicare?

Each month, $105 is deducted from our Social Security payments. Since this is money that we have already contributed, it sounds like our money is being embezzled to pay for bailouts and luxuries that have resulted from this president's overspending.

Most people who embezzle are charged as criminals. What an example this president is for our children.
