Esther F. Weiler
Esther F. Weiler, 78, of Narvon, died Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Hospice & Community Care, Lancaster, after a brief illness.Born in Glenmoore, she was the daughter of the late Ivan and Frances (Harrington) Frybarger.She was a homemaker but in her early life she worked at garment factories in Martindale and Honey Brook as a finisher.She was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church where she formerly served on the mission committee. She enjoyed collecting Native American memorabilia and she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Surviving are two daughters, Geraldine E., married to John D. Flexer, Sr. of Narvon, and Darlene J., married to Gregory D. Young of Narvon; three grandchildren, John D. Flexer, Jr., Andrew J. Flexer, and Alyson R. Young; and four great grandchildren, Peyton Flexer, Chelsea Flexer, Darren Young-Coy, and James Flexer; three sisters, Hazel Shingle of Honey Brook, Pearl, married to David Weiler, Sr. of Narvon, and Violet Pfitzenmeyer of New Holland; and a brother, Ivan, married to Jane Frybarger of New Holland.Preceding her in death are six sisters and one brother.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 2 at 2:30 pm at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 753 Mt. Zion Road, Narvon, PA 17555 with the Reverend Tim Heitz officiating. Interment in adjoining cemetery. Viewing will be held at the Church on Saturday 1:30 ? 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Mt.
