Jane L. Harting

Jane L. Harting, age 79 years, of Media, Pa. On January 25, 2013. Born and raised in Lancaster County, Mrs. Harting lived in Media, Pa. for over 50 years. She was a long time customer service representative with Southeast National Bank in Media, Pa. and retired in 1990. Mrs. Harting was a long time member of the Media Presbyterian Church, she was active with the Media Chapter of The Order of Eastern Star. She volunteered her time with several local charitable groups. Mrs. Harting was a woman with strong Christian beliefs. She was predeceased by her late husband Carl W. Harting who died in 1983. She was also a great friend and companion to the late George Morris. She was the sister of the late Vera, Marvin and Allen ColdrenSurvivors: sister Alda Showalter of New Holland, and brother Robert Coldren of Newark, De. Many nieces, and nephews.Services: Wednesday 2PM at The Rigby Harting & Hagan Funeral Home, 15 E. Fourth St., Media, Pa. where friends may call prior to the service from 12:30 ? 2 PM and Thursday 11AM Church service will be celebrated in The Peace United Church of Christ in Denver, Pa. where friends may call 10 ? 11 AM before the service.Burial: Cedar Grove CemeteryArrangements: Rigby Harting & Hagan Funeral Home 15 E.
