Reamstown Fire Company honors 3 volunteers
The Reamstown Volunteer Fire Company has honored three longtime members for their service to the community.
Receiving there recognition at the company's service awards banquet were:
nChief Harvey C. Achey, who has served the fire company for 50 years in many different roles. He has been chief since 1971.
nShirley Achey, who has been a member of the fire company's ambulance division for 45 years. Before her retirement last month, she had spent 36 years as operations chief for the EMS Division.
nAudrey Noll, who has been a member of the fire company for 50 years. She served in administrative roles and is currently secretary.
