Al Boscov named to state retailers' hall of fame

The Pennsylvania Retailers' Association announced Tuesday that Al Boscov will be the first person inducted into its hall of fame.

Boscov is the chairman and chief executive officer of Reading-based Boscov's department stores, with 41 stores in five states.

Boscov will be recognized at a PRA dinner and awards ceremony on Thursday, March 7, at the Crowne Plaza in Reading.
