Columbia's Jenna Plastino scored her 1,000th career point as the Crimson Tide defeated visiting Pequea Valley, 62-42, on Tuesday night. Needing 21 points to reach 1,000, Plastino scored a game-high 26.

Cleveland State sophomore guard Kiersten Green (Manheim Township) has started all 17 games for the Vikings (10-7, 2-2) this season. She's third on the team in scoring (9.2 ppg) and rebounding (4.1 ppg), and her .822 free-throw percentage leads the starters. Green averages 34.6 minutes per game.
Swimming
Millersville's Sarah Bernhardt was selected as this week's PSAC Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week. Bernhardt took away three first-place finishes in a meet versus crosstown rival Franklin & Marshall. Bernhardt finished the 50-yard freestyle in 25.05 and the 100-yard freestyle in 54.06 and was on the winning 400 medley relay team (4:08.16) that took first by nearly five seconds.
Indoor Track and Field
Shippensburg junior Matt Kujawski (Ephrata) has been named PSAC Men's Track Athlete of the Week. Kujawski led the Shippensburg sprinters at the Gulden Invitational. He won the 60-meter dash with an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 6.86 seconds, and took third in the 200 meters with another NCAA provisional time of 22.15 seconds. His strong performance in the 200 meters ranks him first in the PSAC and eighth in Division II. In the 60-meter dash, Kujawski is second in the PSAC and 17th in Division II.

Sheena Crawley has been named Centennial Conference Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week, it was announced Tuesday. The senior mid-distance runner received the honor for her performance on Friday evening at Susquehanna's Orange and Maroon Classic, where she captured two golds to pace F&M. Crawley ran 5:16.90 in the mile for her first victory and crossed at 2:18.79 in the 800 meters for her second win of the evening.
