Winter Book Sale slated Feb 14-17
More than 20,000 books are up for grabs at the annual Winter Book Sale, to be held Feb. 14-17 by the Friends of the Lancaster Public Library.
The sale is held at the Book ReSort Center, 225 N. Marshall St., and runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Feb. 17 is half-price day.
The sale offers books of varied subject matter including fiction and nonfiction. Most items are between 50 cents and $2. Records, DVDs, audiobooks and videos also will be sold.
All proceeds from the sale directly benefit the city library at 125 N. Duke St., as well as its branches in Mountville and Leola. Get more information online at lancaster.lib.pa.us/booksales.
