"Joey" Guiseppe, Jr.Joseph J. "Joey" Guiseppe, Jr., 59 yrs., of Honey Brook, died on Monday, January 21, 2013 at the Brandywine ­Hospital, following an illness.He was born in Coatesville, Pa. on August 19, 1953. Joseph was the son of Joann F. (Ford) Guiseppe of Honey Brook and the late Joseph J. Guiseppe, Sr., who died on June 28, 2012. He was the ­husband of Chris Guiseppe. Joseph was employed as a welder for various businesses in the Honey Brook area. He was a member of the Honey Brook Fire Company and a former league operator for the APA Pool league. Joseph enjoyed playing baseball, card games with family and friends, and was an avid Axis Allies board game participant. A daughter, Amy M. Work of Leola and a sister, Helen M. Hertzler of Honey Brook, survive him in addition to his wife and mother. There are also 3 grandchildren.A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 11 AM from The Labs Funeral Home, Inc., 141 Pequea Ave., Honey Brook, Pa. with Pastor Steve Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at the Forks of the Brandywine Presbyterian Cemetery. A calling hour will be held one hour prior to the service.
