Whose ad is more effective? Sestak’s or Specter’s?

The TV war is on, folks.

Here’s Sestak’s ad, which Chris Cillizza of The Washington Post says “hits all of the high points of Sestak’s considerable resume: naval officer, Clinton Administration official, congressman.”

And here’s Specter’s rebuttal, which is clearly an attempt to nip Sestak’s candidacy in the bud.
