One person was taken to the hospital after a vehicle accident Tuesday night in Earl Township. According to New Holland Borough police, Susan Herr, 38, of 4375 Division Highway, was driving to work in the 1800 block of Division Highway just after 8:30 p.m. when her vehicle veered off the road, struck a pole and then crashed into a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home. Officer Michael Zimmerman said Herr was taken to an area hospital. A spokeswoman at Lancaster General Hospital said Herr was treated and released.
