BURGLARY

SALISBURY TWP.: A safe was taken between March 12 and Sunday from the basement of a home in the 5900 block of Windmill Lane. State police said a rear basement door was pried open to gain entry.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: A burglar pried open an entrance door to get inside Keystone Vinyl Technologies, 224 Maple Ave., sometime between March 11 and Friday. Three hundred feet of coated SO 6-3 copper wire valued at $3,200 was stolen.

MANOR TWP.: A Playstation was taken during the day March 11 from a home in the 1600 block of Columbia Avenue. Loss was $350.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

EAST HEMPFIELD TWP.: A vehicle was reportedly damaged between noon and 4 p.m. Thursday at Women & Babies Hospital, 690 Good Drive. Damage was $1,050.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Travis Martin, 30, of the 200 block of Locust Street, Columbia, was charged after he fled from police after a domestic incident in the 500 block of West Chestnut Street Thursday.

DRUGS

WEST LAMPETER TWP.: John William Sanford, 18, of Lancaster, was stopped for a traffic violation at Penn Grant Road and Route 222 on Sunday, state police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana. DUI charges are pending results of a blood alcohol content test.

LANCASTER: Kejmar A. Perez, 28, of the 400 block of Beaver Street, was arrested in his block on an active bench warrant on Thursday, police said. He had several baggies containing suspected heroin, police said, and was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin.

DUI

PEQUEA TWP.: Ryan Addison Ross, 23, of New Street, Millersville, was stopped for a lighting violation in the 2100 block of Millersville Road shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday. He had a blood alcohol content of .165 percent and was charged.

NEW HOLLAND: Nicholas Sweigart, 21, of New Holland, was arrested Saturday after driving over the curb in the parking lot of Shooter's Crossing, police said. Charges are pending the results of a blood-alcohol test.

EARL TWP.: Britni Heinbach, 23, of 2 Runway Ave., New Holland, has been charged after she was stopped for reckless driving March 2 at her home.

HARASSMENT

SALISBURY TWP.: Jan A. Jackson Sr. 55, and Jan A. Jackson Jr., 23, both of Gap, were charged after a physical altercation Sunday in the 5100 block of Lincoln Highway.

FULTON TWP.: Joshua Hughes, 18, of Peach Bottom, and a 17-year-old girl from Providence, were charged after a domestic altercation Saturday in the 700 block of Nottingham Road.

LANCASTER: Lisa L. Figueroa, 50, of the 700 block of Emerald Drive, was cited with domestic violence-related harassment after she followed a woman to her house in the 900 block of Fremont Street and punched her in the back of the head Thursday. She also struck the woman's leg with a snow shovel.

THEFT

LANCASTER: A $386.73 memory foam mattress was stolen from a hallway of a building in the 700 block of Columbia Avenue Thursday afternoon.

LANCASTER: A $500 laptop and a $420 black camera were stolen from a house in the first block of South Prince Street Thursday morning.

LANCASTER: A window of a vehicle was shattered and a $200 GPS and $20 worth of cords were stolen from it in the 500 block of West Chestnut Street on Wednesday or Thursday.

EAST HEMPFIELD TWP.: Fifty feet of copper pipe was stolen from a home under construction in the 1500 block of Parvin Road March 9 or 10. Loss is $500.

EAST HEMPFIELD TWP.: Two pairs of men's sunglasses were reportedly stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of Kathryn Court March 6 or 7. Loss is $480.

THEFT CHARGES

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Harpreet Singh, 28, of Lancaster, was charged Saturday after taking a cellphone and a 12-volt drill valued at $115.82 from sales displays and trying to return them for a refund at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, police said.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Dayquan Ellis Lamonte Parker, 19, of Lancaster, was charged Friday with trying to take a package of .177-caliber pellet gun ammunition at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East.

EPHRATA: Tiffany M. Good, 25, of Newmanstown, was charged Friday after she tried to take food items from Walmart, 890 E. Main St., police said.

MANOR TWP.: Samena Cooper, 35, of Stonemill Road, was charged after refusing to pay her $15 bill Wednesday at Tobias S. Frogg, 1766 Columbia Ave., police said.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

MANHEIM TWP.: Regina Otthofer, 43, of Lancaster, was turning left from southbound Fruitville Pike onto Chester Road at about 8:30 a.m. Monday, township police said. Crystal Pennell, 25, of Lititz, was driving north on Fruitville Pike and failed to stop for the red light at Chester Road, police said. She collided with Otthofer's vehicle and then struck another vehicle that was turning left. Carl Scott, 39, of Lititz, was driving that vehicle. Otthofer was transported to the hospital, where a spokeswoman said she was treated and released.

Pennell was cited with failing to stop for a red signal, police said.

LEBANON COUNTY: Thomas S. Armer, 56, of the 200 block of Princess Avenue, was driving east on Route 322, a mile east of Route 72 in Cornwall Borough, Saturday afternoon. His sport utility vehicle slid off the road and struck an embankment, rolling the SUV onto its side. He was not injured. A passenger, Elsie Armer, 81, of the 100 block of Meadow Valley Road, Ephrata, was transported to Ephrata Community Hospital, where a spokeswoman said she was treated and released.

FULTON TWP.: Deborah L. Chadwick, 50, of Peach Bottom, was driving south on Pilottown Road at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday and did not see a horse standing on the road, state police said. Her sport utility vehicle struck the horse, killing it. Chadwick was not injured. Her passenger, Amy L. Keefer, 32, of Peach Bottom, was taken by a family member to Lancaster General Hospital to have pieces of glass removed from her eyes.

UNDERAGE DRINKING

NEW HOLLAND: Police cited 10 people early Saturday in two separate incidents. Joshua Hershey, 18, of New Holland, a 17-year-old Denver juvenile and a 15-year-old New Holland juvenile were cited after a traffic stop on Diller Avenue at 12:15 a.m. Two hours later, the following were cited in the borough: Kacie A. Austeel, 18, of Lancaster, Shayna B. Sanchez, 18, of Millersville, Adam J. Stewart, 18, of Lancaster, Gabriella M. Sims, 20, of Lancaster, a 17-year-old New Holland juvenile, Olivia C. Martin, 19, of Lancaster, and Cody R. Hart, 20, of Pequea.
