ACCIDENT
NEW HOLLAND: Police reported a 7:45 a.m. Wednesday accident that happened when a vehicle driven by Dana Bays, New Holland, collided with a vehicle driven by Nichole Groff, Honey Brook, on East Jackson Street at Railroad Avenue. Police said Bays failed to see that Groff was stopped to make a left turn and her vehicle rear-ended Groff's. Bay's vehicle had to be towed. There were no injuries.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
RAPHO TWP.: Todd E. Morinchin, 46, of the 1300 block of Ironbridge Road, Columbia, was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault after police accused him of punching a 53-year-old woman in the head and face numerous times during a domestic incident Dec. 2 at the couple's home. State police said the victim suffered numerous contusions and a fracture of the right orbital socket. Morinchin was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
BURGLARY
BART TWP.: State police said $35 was taken from a cash drawer Wednesday afternoon at ABC Woodcraft, 1698 Georgetown Road, Christiana. Police said the suspects are two white men in their late 20s who were operating a dark blue, four-door Honda.
PARADISE TWP.: Video gaming equipment and accessories were stolen from an unlocked garage in the 3000 block of Lincoln Highway East between 4:30 and 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. Loss $975.

LANCASTER: It was reported Monday that someone had gained entry to Subway, 19 E. King St., and broke a sink faucet and a flower vase sometime in the last several days. Nothing was missing. Damage $75.
EAST DRUMORE TWP.: State police are investigating a burglary that took place between 3:30 p.m. Dec. 1 and 10:30 a.m. Dec. 2. A rear door was forced. A Horton crossbow was taken and copper plumbing in the basement was cut. Loss total was $2,000.

MOUNT JOY: Zachary R. Echterach, 22, of the 200 block of Farmview Lane, Mount Joy, was charged Nov. 28 at his home.
MOUNT JOY: Darren C. Giberson, 22, of the 600 block of Union Street, Columbia, and Justin G. Fabian, 27, of the first block of Chelmsford Drive, Marietta, were charged Nov. 23 at 307 W. Main St.
MOUNT JOY: James P. McConnell, 31, of the 100 block of West Main Street, was charged Nov. 17 at his home.
MILLERSVILLE: Daniel J. Rodriguez and Timothy P. Wittman, both 19 and from Philadelphia; Timothy W. Dirugeris, 18, Chalfont; and Emmanuel D. Torres, 18, York, have been cited for disorderly conduct for possession of marijuana as the result of a Monday incident on Creek Drive, police said.
MILLERSVILLE: Daniel T. Greenawalt, 54, Lancaster, was arrested for loitering/prowling at night, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness as the result of an incident Dec. 6 on Glen Oaks Drive, police said.

FULTON TWP.: Thomas Cooper, 40, of Peach Bottom, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as the result of a traffic stop Dec. 4 at Peach Bottom and Peters Creek roads.
DUI
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: A 17-year-old Leola girl was stopped for driving 64 mph in a 35 mph zone on the first block of East Main Street on Tuesday. She was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested.
ESCAPE
LANCASTER: Ben M. Williams, 25, of the first block of Arch Street, Elizabethtown, was arrested on a county bench warrant Monday in the first block of West Chestnut Street, police said. During the arrest, he tried to escape by pulling away from a sergeant and resisting arrest. He was charged with escape and committed to Lancaster County Prison. His bail was set at $2,500.
HARASSMENT
MOUNT JOY: Charles J. Kennedy, 62, of the 200 block of North Barbara Street, Mount Joy, was cited after an incident Tuesday at 515 Creekside Lane.
LANCASTER: Ismael Rivera, 82, of the first block of South Prince Street, was cited after calling a woman profane names in front of her daughter Monday in the 200 block of West King Street, police said.
LANCASTER: Carlis Peterson, 23, of the 300 block of North Duke Street, was cited after police said he punched a woman, causing her to fall back and hit her head on a heater, during an argument in his block Sunday night.
LANCASTER: Felicia Burks, 42, of the 100 block of East Walnut Street, was cited after throwing bricks at a man during a domestic incident in the 100 block of East Chestnut Street Sunday. There were no visible injuries.
LANCASTER: Leroy J. James, 32, of the 100 block of East Lemon Street, was cited after a domestic dispute in the 300 block of East King Street Sunday.
LANCASTER: Clarence Boddy, 37, and Charles Ayala-Valentin, 41, both of the 400 block of Fremont Street, were charged with summary harassment after they were involved in some type of physical altercation at 4 a.m. Wednesday in their block, police said.
EAST DRUMORE TWP.: Warren Meginley, 49, and Michelle Meginley, 45, both of Quarryville, were charged after a domestic dispute Dec. 7 in the 300 block of Buck Road.
MOUNT JOY: Timothy J. Leinhauser, 43, of the 100 block of Delta Street, was cited Nov. 24 in an incident at his home.
MILLERSVILLE: Angelo Aguy, 27, Lancaster, was cited for harassment as the result of an incident Tuesday on Wabank Road.
HIT AND RUN
EARL TWP.: Rajarshi Tripathi, 29, Foal Court, was cited for numerous violations after police said his vehicle struck an unoccupied vehicle at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday in the Brookshire Plaza parking lot, 840 W. Main St. No injuries were reported and both vehicle sustained minor damage.
PEDESTRIAN STRUCK
LANCASTER: A male was reported struck by a van at Manheim Pike and Dillerville Road at 6:39 a.m. Thursday. The victim was taken to Lancaster General Hospital with a back injury, city fire officials said.
TERRORISTIC THREATS
LANCASTER: Christophe Maldonado, 31, of the 100 block of Coral Street, was arrested and charged after threatening to cut a man with a knife in his block Monday morning.
THEFT
EPHRATA: A purse was stolen from a locked vehicle at Ephrata Recreation Center, 130 S. Academy Drive, Tuesday. A credit card from the purse was then used without authorization.
EPHRATA: A GPS unit and a purse were taken from an unlocked vehicle in a parking garage at 131 E. Locust St., Tuesday.
LITITZ: An MTM power washer was stolen Tuesday from a back yard in the 200 block of South Broad Street.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: A purse with cash, a checkbook and medications were stolen Monday from a car at Texas Roadhouse, 2317 Lincoln Highway East.
LANCASTER: A window of a vehicle in the 400 block of North Prince Street was shattered early Sunday and a handbag, cosmetics and assorted credit and identification cards were stolen. Loss $400.
THEFT CHARGES
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Dashaun K. Guzman, 22, of Lancaster, was charged Tuesday at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, after he was accused of attempting to conceal merchandise valued at $223.26 and then exiting the store without paying. Guzman was arraigned at Central Booking and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bail.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Alejandro Lagunas Aguilar, 43, of Strasburg, was charged Tuesday at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, after he was seen removing DVD Blu-Day movies valued at $84.88 from their packaging and concealing them in his pants, then exiting the store, police said.
LANCASTER: Clinton L. Young, 22, of the 100 block of North Prince Street, was charged with taking $21.38 worth of items at Giant, 235 N. Reservoir St., Monday.
ELIZABETH TWP.: Donald Clemens, 60, Richland, was charged with summary retail theft. Police accused him of taking $65.01 of gas at the Turkey Hill store at 1 E. 28th Division Highway. Police said Clemens did not have payment at the time and left his information with the store but failed to return to pay.
