The Lancaster Area Express Network (LAEN) chapter of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) will hold a meeting from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 18, at the Lancaster Country Club, 1466 New Holland Pike, Lancaster.

Susan Staam, president of a training and consulting business, will explain the "Eight Dimensions of Leadership" and how attendees can apply them in their work and life. Staam is author of "42 Rules of Employee Engagement" and has an extensive background in training, government social services and sales.

Networking and registration will begin at 7:15 a.m. To register, interested attendees may go to www.LAEN-ABWA.org. Cost is $20 for members and $30 nonmembers.
