TO THE EDITORS:

On Feb. 7, we were having lunch at the Lititz Family Cupboard. About half-way through our meal, the waitress said, "I want you to know that your meal has been paid."

We asked who can we thank, and the waitress said it was a random act of kindness.

We want him/her to know we appreciated the kindness and plan to do that for someone else in the near future.

What a wonderful world this would be if we had more folks like that.
