Emergency personnel responded to the site of a one-car crash in East Earl Township Monday evening.

According to Blue Ball Fire Company Capt. Eugene Nolt, a car was traveling south on Route 897 near the intersection of Route 322 when the driver lost control. The car struck an embankment and rolled over, coming to rest on its wheels.

The driver and a passenger, who authorities did not identify Monday night, were taken to Lancaster General Hospital with minor injuries, police said.
