Solanco High School football players Tyler Stitz and Joe Welk have decided to continue their athletic and academic careers at East Stroudsburg University.
During a recent ceremony in the Solanco High School Media Center, Stitz and Welk signed their letters of intent to attend and play football for the Division II East Stroudsburg Warriors.
Stitz will play defensive back and will major in accounting.
Welk will major in biology at East Stroudsburg.
While playing for the Golden Mules this past season, Stitz and Welk earned Lancaster-Lebanon League All-Star recognition.
