BURGLARY

MANHEIM TWP.: A home in the 100 block of West Roseville Road was entered during the day Wednesday. Nothing was taken. It is unknown how access was gained.

MANHEIM TWP.: An iPod and cash were taken from two cars parked overnight Tuesday in a garage at a home in the 700 block of Farnum Road. The garage door had been left open. Loss $131.

SALISBURY TWP.: Country Gift and Thrift Store, 5602 Old Philadelphia Pike, was forcibly entered early Sunday. It is not known if anything was taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

MANOR TWP.: Four tires were slashed and sugar was put into the gas tank of a 2005 Acura MDX in front of a home in the 3700 block of Columbia Avenue overnight Wednesday, township police said. Total loss is about $600.

LANCASTER: Shamanda Toalton, 26, of the 100 block of East New Street, was charged after she allegedly punctured the tires of a vehicle Monday night in the 500 block of East King Street. Damage was $500.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

LANCASTER: William T. Hough, 51, of 36 N. Water St., was charged after he allegedly was seen urinating on the wall of a building in his block Tuesday night.

DUI

DENVER: Sai Xiong, 25, of Reinholds, was charged at Fourth and Washington streets at 2 a.m. Thursday after being stopped for several traffic violations, state police at Ephrata said.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Ovidio Sanabria, 41, of the 900 block of Union Street, was arrested for DUI after being stopped for erratic driving in the 1900 block of Lincoln Highway East at 12:25 a.m. Thursday. Sanabria's blood alcohol content was measured at .22 percent.

HARASSMENT

LANCASTER: Osvaldo Carrion, 30, of the 300 block of South Queen Street, was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct after he allegedly pushed a woman during a domestic dispute Tuesday in the 200 block of North Reservoir Street. During the incident, Carrion smashed the windows out of his vehicle.

MANHEIM TWP.: James Mikel Tiedeken, 47, of Jackson Street, was charged with harassment, ethnic intimidation and criminal mischief in a Jan. 3 incident on North Water Street. An East Petersburg woman told police she was sitting at a stop sign when Tiedeken stopped his car, blocking hers. He got out of his vehicle and approached her car, using offensive language including a racial slur, police said. The woman told police Tiedeken grabbed her and kicked her vehicle before driving away. She reported his license plate number to police.

ROBBERY

LANCASTER: Two to five teenage boys, most of them wearing green shirts, approached a 16-year-old boy as he was walking in the 400 block of New Holland Avenue at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday, city police said. One of them punched the boy and took an iPhone from his hand. The group then fled.

The boy was not injured, police said.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

MANHEIM TWP.: Sarah J. Hansen, 24, of Coventry Road, was charged after she allegedly grabbed a 14-year-old township girl and threatened her with a knife on Sunday at Hansen's home.

STALKING

LANCASTER: Megan L. Zweifach, 24, of the first block of Riverside Avenue, was charged with stalking, causing an accident involving an attended vehicle and harassment in an incident in the 300 block of North West End Avenue on Tuesday, city police said. She apparently deliberately ran her car into another woman's car, police said.

THEFT

LANCASTER: A window was damaged and a wallet containing miscellaneous papers and cards was stolen from a vehicle in the 600 block of Beaver Street between Monday night and Thursday morning.

LANCASTER: A vehicle was stolen in the 400 block of Lancaster Avenue overnight Tuesday.

LANCASTER: A saw and drill valued at $300 were stolen Tuesday from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of West Frederick Street.

MANHEIM TWP.: A Chrysler Town and Country valued at $9,995 was taken at Brubaker Motors, 1020 Lititz Ave., sometime between Jan. 24 and Tuesday, township police said.

LITITZ: A resident of the first block of West Marion Street reported a $1,500 laptop was stolen from his vehicle next to his home on Saturday.

LANCASTER: A $100 saw and $20 screwdriver set were stolen sometime in the last week from a building in the 100 block of South Queen Street.

LANCASTER: A $100 pager was stolen from a vehicle in the 200 block of North Shippen Street overnight Jan. 23.

THEFT CHARGES

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Nelson Rodriguez-Torres, 29, of the 600 block of East King Street, and Giovanni Plaza-Santiago, 35, of the 400 block of East King Street, were charged with retail theft and conspiracy after they allegedly took $220.84 worth of items at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, Wednesday. Police said they used razor blades to cut headphones and two digital cameras out of their packages.

MANHEIM TWP.: Evelyn H. Mateo, 51, of Eden Road, was charged after she allegedly took $102 worth of items from Giant, 1605 Lititz Pike, Tuesday.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Angela Waldner, 22, and Aleksandr Filipishin, 19, both of Denver, were charged after allegedly taking $180 worth of merchandise at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, Jan. 27.

VANDALISM

LANCASTER: Two windows of a vehicle were broken between Sunday and Tuesday in the 400 block of East Mifflin Street. Damage is $200.

WEAPON

LANCASTER: County probation officers conducting a home visit Monday with Elvin Perez, 21, of 824 Hilton Drive, found a stun gun, according to a criminal complaint. Perez was convicted of robbery last June, which prohibits ownership of the electronic incapacitation device. A charge was filed before District Judge Cheryl Hartman.
