Elizabethtown's Bill Meaney won the 197-pound weight class at the Pete Willson Invitational, hosted by Wheaton (Ill.) College.
The Willson Invitational is the oldest and largest small-college wrestling tournament in the nation.
Meaney advanced to the semifinals on Friday night and started Saturday with a 3-1 sudden victory decision over Davion Willis of Wisconsin-Parkside.
In the championship bout, Meaney defeated Wisconsin-Whitewater's Adam Latella, 5-3.
At 165 pounds, Quint Eno earned second-place honors for the Blue Jays. He defeated Jeff Weiss of Indianapolis 4-3 in the semifinals before falling to Cedric Gibson of Wisconsin-Whitewater by a 5-2 decision.
Tye Boyer, at 149 pounds, also advanced to Saturday's semifinals. He lost 10-7 to Alberto Quiros of Augustana before bowing out of the consolation semifinals and the fifth-place bout with an injury.
Overall, Elizabethtown finished in 12th place of the 31 teams. Wisconsin-Parkside took the team title.
• Millersville wrestling defeated Thaddeus Stevens but dropped duals to York and Shippensburg in Saturday's Mid Penn Duals at Pucillo Gymnasium.
Brandon Vernalli, at 165 pounds, was Millersville's (2-8) big winner going 2-1 with a win by fall and a win by decision. The Marauders notched a 41-12 win over Thaddeus Stevens in the opening bout of the day, picking up three wins by forfeit.
In the 38-15 loss to York (21-3), Josh Ruppert (133), Vernalli and Shane Smith (184) were the only Marauders to manage wins. Ruppert scored Millersville's fastest pin of the year, needing just 24 seconds to finish off Jimmy Ciampi.
Shippensburg won the first six bouts en route to a 28-15 win in the final dual of the afternoon. Zach Pincus (174) stopped Ship's run with a 3-1 sudden victory win over Tyler Etters. The Marauders picked up a forfeit at 197, and at heavyweight, Chase Godfrey outlasted Dan Estricher in the tie break.
Swimming: Junior Arielle Walbert set the 200-yard butterfly in 2:17.35, and the Marauders took first place in seven of the 11 events, but fell to East Stroudsburg, 143-115.
Sarah Bernhardt took first place in three different events, including the 50-, 100- and 200-yard freestyle races. Bernhardt took first place in the 50 yard freestyle in a time of 25.15 seconds. Her first place times of 55.05 (100 free) and 1:58.99 (200 free) earned her PSAC qualifiers in both events.
Ashley Kichline placed first in both the 100- and 200-yard backstroke events. Kichline took the 100 race in a time of 1:04.27, while finishing the 200 in a time of 2:18.14.
• The Elizabethtown College swim teams break both their losing skids to end their regular season, picking up decisive wins against the King's College squads. The Women's team gained a 121-79 victory, while the men won their side of the meet 109-68. Both squads now sport equal 4-7 records and are 4-4 in the Commonwealth Conference.
For the women, Megan Leppo (200 freestyle, 500 freestyle) and Erika Harold (50 freestyle, 100 freestyle) were winners of two individual events.
Frank Capria led the Blue Jay men by winning both long-distance freestyle events, the 500 and the 1,000.
• Franklin & Marshall took first in eight events to topple visiting Dickinson, 133-72, in Centennial Conference men's swimming action on Saturday afternoon. The Diplomats have now won five straight and improve to 5-2 (5-0), while the Red Devils drop to 8-2 (2-2).
David Fell and Dennis Chen led the way for the Diplomats as each posted two individual first-place finishes in addition to being part of a relay victory in the 400 freestyle.
• Franklin & Marshall secured top placings in eight of 11 events to take down Dickinson, 129-76, in Centennial Conference women's swimming action on Saturday. The Diplomats move to 6-2 (6-0) with the victory, as the Red Devils fall to 9-3 (4-1).
Katherine Grant and Katherine DeCrosta paced F&M with two individual first-place finishes on the day. Grant took first in the 1000 freestyle at 10:39.41, before edging the field in the 500 freestyle with a mark of 5:16.43. DeCrosta also put together an impressive day for F&M, winning the 200 IM (2:15.82) and 200 breastroke (2:34.24).
• Jacob Robinson (Lancaster Catholic) won both the 400 IM(4:31.74) and the 200 backstroke (2:06.46) and led off the winning 200 medley relay team for Ursinus College in their 119-81 victory over Washington (Md.) on Saturday.
Volleyball: The Lancaster Bible College men's volleyball team opened its season with a pair of wins, 3-1 over host SUNYIT and 3-0 over Gallaudet in the SUNYIT Tournament.
Men's Basketball: Bryan Taylor scored 19 points, pulled down eight rebounds and blocked five shots to lead Thaddeus Stevens to their sixth consecutive win, a 87-77 victory over Bucks County CC on Saturday.
Kendall Randall led the Bulldog scorers with 24 points, and Preston Nelson added 17 more for Stevens (11-4).
Indoor Track: Elizabethtown's indoor track and field teams competed in the Bison Open hosted by Bucknell on Friday and Saturday, and Blue Jays took home three individual event wins.
Aaron Focht won the 1,000-meter run in 2:33.30. Earlier in the meet, Russell Speiden claimed top honors in the mile, winning in a time of 4:10.62. For the women, Kathryn Howser won the 800 in 2:19.63.
• Millersville All-American Elicia Anderson won the 3,000-meter run in Saturday's final day of the Bison Open at Bucknell University. Anderson hit the tape in 9:55.40, 30 seconds ahead of her nearest pursuer.
Keith Ogden on Friday set the Millersville school record in the 200-meter dash, clocking a time of 22.50, breaking a 21-year old record by over two-tenths of a second.
