LITITZ: A $700 laptop and $700 iPad 2 were stolen Monday from a home in the first block of Pennwick Drive.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
LANCASTER: Charles Ayala, 40, of the first block of South Mary Street, was charged after allegedly breaking the front window of a home after he was refused entry Friday in the 400 block of West King Street.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
MARIETTA: Michele L. Baillis, 23, of 3 W. Fairview Ave., Marietta, was charged after allegedly creating a disturbance at Kirchner's Korner, 30 W. Market St., Monday night.
EPHRATA: Anthony Jones, 24, of 19 Washington Ave., Ephrata, was charged after a disturbance at his home early Sunday.
LANCASTER: Eligio Santana, 27, of the 500 block of East King Street, was charged after a disturbance Friday outside his home.
MARIETTA: Matthew M. Fryberger, 19, of 388 E. Front St., Marietta, was charged after allegedly yelling at a woman outside his home Jan. 5.
DRUGS
LANCASTER TWP.: Jazcity N. Santana, 19, of Laurel Street, was charged with possession of marijuana before District Judge Mary Sponaugle. On Jan. 10, a small amount of the drug was found inside her car in the 1700 block of Judie Lane.
DUI
LITITZ: Patrycja Hartenstine, 36, of Lititz, is facing DUI and hit-and-run charges after she allegedly struck a parking meter, street sign and bushes with her vehicle Monday in the first block of South Cedar Street.
PROVIDENCE TWP.: Toby C. Troop, 21, of Willow Street, was charged after his vehicle struck a utility pole Saturday in the 1000 block of Truce Road.
ADAMSTOWN: Kaylee Boose, 23, Denver, faces possible DUI charges after a one-car crash in the 3100 block of North Reading Road at 3:20 a.m. Saturday, East Cocalico Township police said. She lost control of her vehicle and struck a utility pole. Boose displayed signs of intoxication and failed sobriety tests. Charges are pending the results of a blood test.
PEQUEA TWP.: State police charged Mackenzie Dantinne, 23, of Lancaster, early Friday on Route 324.
HARASSMENT
LANCASTER: Kurt Dimmerling, 27, of the 100 block of Stone Quarry Road, Leola, was charged after he allegedly struck a woman during a domestic dispute Monday in the 200 block of East King Street.
LITTLE BRITAIN TWP.: Courtney J. Neyman, no age given, of Quarryville, was charged after a physical altercation with a man Sunday in the 300 block of Nottingham Road.
LANCASTER: Anthony Williams, 48, of the 200 block of North Shippen Street, was charged after he allegedly threw a beer can at a woman during a domestic dispute Saturday at his home.
SALISBURY TWP.: State police charged Robert J. Baney, 38, of Gap, with harassment and trespassing Friday in the 900 block of Hidden Hollow Drive.
EAST DONEGAL TWP.: Thomas S. Krzykowski, 29, of 12 Hampshire Court, Marietta, was charged after an alleged physical altercation with a woman at his home on Jan. 14.
HIT AND RUN
LITITZ: Police said a tractor-trailer struck an unoccupied vehicle Monday in the first block of East Main Street.
LITITZ: Police are looking for the driver of an older-model blue Buick that pulled from a parking space and struck a moving vehicle at 3 p.m. Monday in the first block of South Broad Street. Police ask anyone with information to call them at 626-6393.

HIT AND RUN
LITITZ: George E. Cook III, 42, of Ephrata, was charged in a Jan. 16 crash in the 100 block of Rodney Lane.
PROSTITUTION
LANCASTER: Robert Allen Matthews, 24, of 613 E. End Ave., was charged after he allegedly offered an undercover police officer sex for $40 in the 100 block of West Orange Street on Tuesday at about 5 p.m., city police said.
THEFT
LANCASTER: A window was broken and a $20 payment book taken Monday from a vehicle in the 900 block of Plaza Boulevard.
LANCASTER TWP.: A cellphone was stolen from Big Lots, 1262 Millersville Pike, Monday. A customer had inadvertently left the phone on a shelf at about 7:45 p.m. When the customer realized the mistake and returned to the store, the phone was gone. Loss $200.
LANCASTER: A window was broken and a GPS taken overnight Sunday from a vehicle in the 100 block of Nevin Street. Loss is $525.
THEFT CHARGES
MANHEIM TWP.: On Dec. 31, a resident of the 2300 block of Hancock Drive reported that Khoi Q. Vu, 39, of Candlewyck Road, knocked on his door and asked for a ride. While the resident was getting car keys, Vu left. It was later found that $30 was missing from the house. Police charged Vu before District Judge David Miller.
LANCASTER TWP.: Aliuska R. Cumbrera-Rodriguez, 37, of Caroline Street, was charged with theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake before District Judge Mary Sponaugle, Manheim Township police said.
On Dec. 15, a Lancaster woman reported that she had left her wallet at CVS, 1278 Millersville Pike. Upon returning, the wallet containing cash and a gift card was gone, a $260 loss.
Cumbrera-Rodriguez turned the wallet in to city police two weeks later, but the cash and gift card were missing.
ACCIDENT
LITITZ: One person was taken to the hospital after a three-vehicle crash Monday afternoon at West Lemon and Broad streets. Police said Grace Hindes, 18, of Newmanstown, pulled from a stop sign and collided with a vehicle driven by Barbara Gast, 63, of Lancaster. Hindes' vehicle then struck a vehicle operated by Paul Charles, 57, of Lititz, that was stopped at the intersection. Gast was taken to the hospital with chest pains. Hindes will be cited for causing the crash, police said.
CHESTER CO.: Leslie R. Nobel, 83, of New Holland, suffered minor injuries Jan. 14 when his vehicle struck a utility pole on Route 322 near Pleasant View Road in Honey Brook Township. His wife, Elizabeth B. Noble, 77, was also injured.
VANDALISM
LANCASTER: Bricks were thrown at the windshield and rear window of a vehicle overnight Friday in the 200 block of Elm Street. Damage was $700.
