MANOR TWP.: On Tuesday, a woman in the 2000 block of Stonemill Road reported that an illegal transaction of $10 was made on her Visa card to a Las Vegas, Nev., business.
MANOR TWP.: On Jan. 13, a woman in the 200 block of Oakfield Court reported two illegal purchases totaling $200 were made on her credit card.
AUTO THEFT
LANCASTER: A gray 1992 Chevrolet, license HSL2627, left running and unattended in the 500 block of South Duke Street, was stolen Thursday, police said.
BURGLARY
LANCASTER: A resident of the 300 block of Laurel Street found an intruder inside his homeThursday and chased the man, who fled on foot, police said. The burglar was described as a black or Hispanic man in his 20s, thin build, thin facial hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. Most items taken were recovered.
MANOR TWP.: A kitchen window in the 100 block of Nicholas Road was broken out Wednesday. Police ask anyone with information to call 299-5231.

EPHRATA: Eric Hartranft, 28, of the 100 block of Julie Ann Court, Ephrata, was charged with burglary and released on $25,000 unsecured bail Friday, Ephrata police said. Hartranft admitted to prying open the back door of a home in the 100 block of Julie Ann Court at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 10, police said. He had left the scene without taking anything when officers responded, according to police.

MANOR TWP.: Rhiannon L. Enck-Polansky, 18, was charged following a disturbance in the 200 block of Walnut Hill Road on Thursday, police said.
DRUGS
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Charges are pending against Troy Alan Bowman, 19, Elizabethtown, after a traffic stop for speeding at Route 30 West at Greenfield Road on Thursday, police said. A strong odor of marijuana emanated from the vehicle, and Bowman admitted he was driving while smoking marijuana, police said. Found in the vehicle were a marijuana cigar and a c baggie of marijuana, police reported.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Danny Lee Elliott Jr., age and address not given, was charged with possession of heroin Wednesday after a traffic stop on Route 340 at Witmer Road, police reported.
DUI
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Charges are pending against Christ Eugene Harsh, 30, of Elizabethtown, following a traffic stop for erratic driving Friday from the 200 block of West Main Street to the 2200 block of New Holland Pike, police said.
PARADISE TWP.: Charles D. Blair II, 39, of Parkesburg, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was driving too fast for conditions, police said, after he rear-ended a car driven by James J. Brennan, 53, of Aston, at 2:27 a.m. Friday while traveling west on Lincoln Highway East. Blair suffered a minor injury in the crash.
HARASSMENT
MANOR TWP.: Shanda Mavity, 26, and David Mavity, 39, both of the 200 block of Stonemill Road, were charged Tuesday at their home after a domestic situation turned physical, police reported.
SIMPLE ASSAULT
MANHEIM TWP.: Zachery R. Martin, 22, of the 100 block of Owl Hill Road, Lititz, was charged after he allegedly struck a woman in the eye with a fist during a dispute at Waverly Avenue at Sutton Place on Thursday, police said.
MANOR TWP.: Andy Shenigo, 35, of the 100 block of Pheasant Ridge Circle, was charged with simple assault and harassment Wednesday after he allegedly tried to choke a woman during a domestic dispute at his home, police reported. After being taken into custody, Shenigo started to kick the inside of the police cruiser door, but caused no damage, police said. He was arraigned at the police station and released on unsecured bail.
THEFT
LANCASTER TWP.: A Huffy bicycle and a Mongoose bike were taken from a storage unit in the first block of Michelle Drive on Thursday, police said. Loss was $380.
STRASBURG TWP.: Toyota vehicle parts outside a garage in the 300 block of Hagers Road were taken between Dec. 17 and Tuesday, police reported. Value is unknown.
SALISBURY TWP.: Coins valued at $50 were taken from a Narvon resident's unlocked shed on Red Hill Road between 9 p.m. Thursday and 4:35 a.m. Saturday, state police at Ephrata said. Contact police at 721-7667 with information.
• Someone driving a green sport-utility vehicle took about 150 pounds of stainless steel and a radiator from the property of a 65-year-old Narvon man between 10 and 10:30 a.m. Friday, state police at Ephrata said. LANCASTER: A double-pane window on a home in the 200 block of Harrisburg Avenue was shot by a BB gun Thursday, police reported. Damage was $425.
