No one was hurt when a three-alarm fire damaged a city home Saturday morning, according to officials.

City fire bureau Capt. David Longenecker said fire struck the 30 Green St. home at 10:28 a.m.

The first firefighters to arrive reported seeing smoke coming out from the upper floors of the home.

Everyone in the two-story brick home got out safely and no one was injured, city police Officer Dan Hunsicker said.

City firefighters extinguished most of the flames in about 10 minutes. The scene was declared under control at 11:56 a.m., according to a county dispatcher.

The house includes two apartments and appeared to have damage inside on the second floor.

It was not immediately clear who lives in the home and who owns it.

A city fire marshal was investigating to determine a cause of the fire.
