Aéropostale in Tanger Outlets is seeking donations of used jeans for their national Teens for Jeans charity drive.

All jeans collected at the Lancaster location will be donated to Water Street Ministries.

"There are really not that many guidelines," Assistant Manager Chelsea Eager said. "You can bring in any size as long as they're lightly worn."

Collection begins on Jan. 16 and and runs through Feb. 12.

For each pair of jeans donated in-store, donors will receive a 25 percent-off coupon that can be put towards any new pair of Aéropostale jeans.

Schools that wish to coordinate their donations also may participate.

At the end of the collection period, the school that donated the most jeans will win $5,000, a free pair of Aéropostale jeans per student and a party for the whole school.

Two thousand schools nationwide have registered.
