A Lititz woman's seventh drunken-driving charge will cost her at least nine months in prison, according to a judge's order.

Lisa Lee Botzum, 41, also was sentenced Monday for violating probation this summer by having cocaine in her system during a random drug test.

For all those offenses, Lancaster County Judge James Cullen ordered a 9-to-23-month prison sentence, followed by four years of probation.

Botzum told Cullen she was "too old for this" while standing for sentencing Monday morning.

She has been at Lancaster County Prison since August, when she failed the drug test.

She also was sentenced Monday for violations of probation orders relating to three DUIs in 2007 and 2008 in her hometown and in West Earl and Warwick townships.

Those charges made at least seven DUIs for Botzum in Lancaster County since 1994, according to prosecutors and court records.

During her latest offense in Lititz in 2008, she was caught with a blood-alcohol level of .179 percent — more than twice the state's legal limit, police reported.

She was charged with DUI on consecutive days in November of 1994, court records show.

Assistant District Attorney Christine Wilson prosecuted; Herbert Crystle represented Botzum.
