Reality television mom Kate Gosselin was caught driving 88 mph in Brecknock Township last month, according to a traffic court document.
State police at Ephrata used radar to catch the former "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star speeding on Route 222 North, near Route 897, according to a traffic docket filed at District Judge Rodney Hartman's office.
It happened on Aug. 9 at 1:37 a.m.
In the remarks on the traffic citation, police reported that Gosselin said she was speeding because she was trying to get home to her kids.
Gosselin, who lives in Sinking Spring, Berks County, mailed in her guilty plea and paid a $174 fine, Hartman said.
