Thirty-one people were cited with speeding on Route 222 near Route 30 on Thursday, police reported.
The highest speed cited in the 55 mph zone was 81 mph, Manheim Township police said.
The traffic enforcement detail was part of Pennsylvania's Aggressive Driving program.
