LANCASTER TWP.: A 2001 Lexus was spraypainted with yellow and silver paint and a side mirror was broken along East Orange Street, near Broad Street, overnight Tuesday. Damage is about $1,200.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS
MOUNT JOY: Lucas J. Vachon, 25, of Mount Joy, was charged at an apartment building in the first block of West Main Street Saturday.
DUI
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Donald J. Beckner, 20, of Brownstown, was charged with DUI, underage drinking, defiant trespass and criminal mischief after he crashed into a tree Sunday in the 300 block of Pitney Road. After he was processed by police and released, Beckner broke into Miles Towing, in the 2000 block of Lincoln Highway East, to try to retrieve his vehicle.
ADAMSTOWN: Police stopped Larry Lee Weaver, 46, Denver, for speeding in the first block of Adamstown Road Sunday, police said. Lee showed signs of intoxication and failed sobriety tests. His driver's license was previously suspended for a DUI offense. Charges are pending results of a blood test.
EAST COCALICO TWP.: Kirk Keller, 53, Ephrata, faces DUI, hit and run and other charges after he crashed in the 2400 block of North Reading Road Saturday, police said. Keller struck another vehicle from behind and left the scene, but was found a short time later on Hayloft Drive. He failed sobriety tests and was taken for a blood test, police said. Charges are pending.
EDEN TWP.: John V. Bonnie Jr., 51, of Florida, was charged after his tractor-trailer jack-knifed June 30 at May Post Office Road and Route 372. Bonnie was not injured.
EAST COCALICO TWP.: John E. Cole Jr., 35, Denver, faces DUI charges after he crashed into a mailbox on West Church Street June 29, police said. He was unable to perform sobriety tests. Charges pending.
EAST COCALICO TWP.: Wanda J. Waltz, 62, Akron, was stopped July 1 in the 800 block of North Reading Road for driving south in the northbound lane. She displayed signs of intoxication and failed sobriety tests. Charges pending.
MOUNT JOY: Nicholas Anthony Fallon, 24, of 155 S. Poplar St., Apt. 108, Elizabethtown, was charged with DUI and driving at an unsafe speed in the 1000 block of West Main Street June 23.
MANOR TWP.: Tyler K. Crockett, 32, of Washington state, was charged in a traffic stop June 18 on Blue Rock Road.
MOUNT JOY: Jonathan M. Paetz, 26, of 59 Tia Circle, Mount Joy, was charged with DUI and speeding in the borough on June 4.
MOUNT JOY: Royce Murray Sims, 41, of 118 E. Main St., Mount Joy, was charged in the borough June 4.
FLEEING
FULTON TWP.: Michael Crocket Halsey, 40, of 152 Pilottown Road, fled from police on an all-terrain vehicle along Pilottown and Taylor roads at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, state police said. He was charged with fleeing from police, recklessly endangering another person, agricultural vandalism and several summary traffic offenses.
HARASSMENT
LANCASTER: Anthony D. Gray, 25, of 778 Emerald Drive, was charged after he punched a woman in the face Monday in the 400 block of South Prince Street.
LANCASTER: Domonique Boyer, 24, of 144 College Ave., was charged after he punched a man Monday in the 200 block of South Prince Street.
EAST PETERSBURG: Barbara Kautz, 46, of Lemon Street, East Petersburg, was charged Monday after she dumped water through a deck onto a resident below.
LANCASTER: Jose J. Rodriguez, 40, of 33 E. Farnum St., was charged Saturday in the 200 block of West King Street after he followed a woman on foot for several blocks and threatened to harm her.
LANCASTER: Devon N. Lannigan, 33, of 440 Poplar St., and Joseph Walker, 58, of 411 Poplar St., were charged after a physical altercation June 30 at Walker's home.
LANCASTER: Police charged Steven Gonzales-Delgado, 32, of 245 E. New St., after he punched a woman, pushed her and pulled her hair during a domestic dispute June 30 at his home.
LANCASTER: Napoleon Shelton, 45, of 442 Prospect St., was charged after he punched a woman in the face June 29 in the 500 block of Hershey Avenue.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
COLERAIN TWP.: A male exposed himself to a passing vehicle in the 200 block of Rosedale Road at 9:04 a.m. on Wednesday, state police said.
SIMPLE ASSAULT
EPHRATA TWP.: Alan Bedoya Jr., 26, of Ephrata, was arrested and charged in a 7 p.m. domestic incident on Tuesday in the first block of Coolidge Drive, police said. A female told police Bedoya threw her to the floor and choked her. She had minor injuries.
MOUNT JOY: Timothy McMichael, no age given, of 10 Manheim St., Mount Joy, was charged with simple assault and harassment in a June 27 incident at his home. Police said he struck a female in the leg and choked her during a domestic dispute.
THEFT
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Three males without shopping bags entered the Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet shortly after 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, East Lampeter Township police said. When they left, one had a shopping bag and employees discovered 45 Polo shirts had been stolen, police said. Loss is $809.55.
Police ask anyone with information to call them at 291-4676. Tipsters may also call Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-322-1913.
LANCASTER: A vehicle window was broken and a $200 GPS unit was stolen Monday in the 400 block of North Prince Street. Damage $100.
LANCASTER: A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle and a window was smashed on Sunday or Monday in the 600 block of Harrisburg Avenue.
DENVER: A GPS unit and other items were stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of Railroad Street overnight Sunday. Loss is $250.
THEFT CHARGES
MANHEIM TWP.: Richard Stoe, 48, and Kevin Neideigh, 39, both of 210 S. Prince St., were cited Tuesday with not paying a $17 bar bill at Villa Nova, 1310 Harrisburg Pike, police said.
LANCASTER: Angel M. Santana, 26, of 468 New Dorwart St., was arrested and charged Monday with four counts, police said. He admitted to stealing four sets of hubcaps from vehicles in the 300 block of New Dorwart Street.
