AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
MANHEIM TWP.: A 34-year-old man was stabbed twice in the back during a disturbance Friday night in the 200 block of Coventry Road, police said. His injuries were not life-threatening. The investigation is continuing.
BURGLARY
LANCASTER: A cordless drill and circular saw were stolen from an apartment in the 200 block of West Vine Street between June 27 and Sunday. Window panes, a door and a lock were damaged. Loss is $200. Damage is $400.
LANCASTER TWP.: Two bicycles were stolen Saturday from an open garage in the 300 block of Kentshire Drive. Loss is $360.
SALISBURY TWP.: A bicycle was stolen Friday night from a garage on Church Street. State police ask anyone with information to call 299-7650. Tipsters may also call Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-322-1913.
LEACOCK TWP.: Cash was stolen between June 30 and Friday from an office on Irishtown Road.
LANCASTER: Two laptop computers were stolen June 30 from a home in the 500 block of North Pine Street. Loss is $1,149.
LANCASTER: Jewelry and a wallet were stolen June 29 from a home in the first block of South Franklin Street. Loss is $747.
ROBBERY
WEST HEMPFIELD TWP.: Police are investigating the robbery Saturday of a Turkey Hill store at 1490 Stony Battery Road. A man whose face was covered by a dark bandanna entered the store at 2:55 a.m., threatened the clerk and demanded cash, police said. He got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and several cartons of cigarettes. Police said a weapon was not displayed but the suspect indicated he had one in his possession. The suspect was described as a black male, 5 feet 7 to 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a heavy build. He wore a black and gray sweatshirt.
SIMPLE ASSAULT
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Anthony Shirer, 61, of Lancaster, was charged Sunday in the 600 block of Patriot Drive. Police said Shirer grabbed a woman, shoved her through a closed screen door and then began to drag her off a porch during a domestic dispute.
LEOLA: Naziyr J. Bell, 30, of Leola, was charged after he pushed a woman against a wall causing her to strike her head during a domestic dispute Friday on Bradford Drive.
THEFT
EAST PETERSBURG.: Three residents of Northfield Drive and Hollow Drive said that someone entered their unlocked vehicles Sunday and Monday and took items including CDs, wallet and a GPS unit.
LANCASTER TWP.: A $150 in-dash CD player was taken between Friday and Monday from an unlocked vehicle in the first block of Ranck Avenue.
LANCASTER: A window was broken and a GPS unit stolen Sunday from a vehicle in the 500 block of East Strawberry Street. Loss is $400.
WEST HEMPFIELD TWP.: Police are searching for a man who stole numerous packs of cigarettes around 1:05 a.m. Sunday at Turkey Hill, 320 E. Main St., Mountville. Police said the man entered the store, shopped for a few items, approached the clerk and asked for a carton of cigarettes. When the clerk went in the back room to retrieve the carton, the man went behind the counter and took $85 to $100 worth of cigarettes. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s or 30s with a thin build, dark hair, and wearing a red-brimmed baseball hat.
LANCASTER: Two aluminum rims with tires were stolen Saturday or Sunday from a vehicle in the 300 block of Prospect Street. Loss is $400.
LANCASTER: Two men stole items valued at $21.46 Saturday from Giant, 235 N. Reservoir St.
LANCASTER: A window was broken and a $100 GPS unit stolen Saturday from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Hempstead Road.
LANCASTER TWP.: A window was smashed on a car in the 1500 block of East King Street Friday or Saturday. A GPS unit was taken.
LANCASTER TWP.: A $2,000 Kirby vacuum cleaner was taken Friday from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Columbia Avenue.
LANCASTER: A $300 pair of glasses and a wallet containing $250 were stolen June 30 from a vehicle in the 200 block of Seymour Street.
LANCASTER: A $200 bicycle was stolen June 30 from the 1100 block of Wabank Road.
MANHEIM TWP.: A window was smashed and a GPS unit stolen from a vehicle June 30 at CVS, 1507 Lititz Pike. Loss is $300.
LANCASTER: A CD player and gaming unit were stolen overnight June 29 from a vehicle in the 200 block of East Fulton Street. Loss is $100.
LANCASTER: A laptop computer and bag were taken June 29 from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of West Grant Street. Loss is $1,020.
LANCASTER: A GPS unit, holder and cell phone were taken June 29 from a vehicle in the 600 block of West Chestnut Street.
LANCASTER: Parts were taken June 27 or 28 from a refrigerator on the porch of a home in the first block of North Ann Street.
THEFT CHARGES
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Christian R. Montalvo-Rivera, 20, and a 15-year-old juvenile, both of Lancaster, were charged with the theft of items Monday from Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Lisa Ann Sorrentino, 50, of Lancaster, was charged with stealing cigarettes valued at $15.03 on Sunday at Weis Markets, 1603 Lincoln Highway East.
MANHEIM TWP.: Vincent Spencer, 20, of Speedwell Forge, was charged with taking $179 worth of items Friday from Kmart, 1890 Fruitville Pike.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Daniel B. Kauffman, 18, of Pequea, was charged with taking pet supplies and razors valued at $34.06 Friday from Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East.
LANCASTER: Gabriel A. Alameda, 19, of 238 E. Lemon St., was charged after he broke into a vehicle and stole an iPod June 30 in the 200 block of West James Street. He was also charged with conspiracy and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Two male juveniles, ages 16 and 17, were also charged in connection to the theft.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
LEBANON COUNTY: Monique H. Einwechter, 21, of Lititz, was driving south on Route 72 Tuesday afternoon when she struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Shirley Carpenter, 63, of Lebanon, who was stopped and waiting to turn left onto Zinns Mill Road in Cornwall Borough, police said. Both drivers were treated at the scene. A 13-month-old girl, a passenger in Einwechter's vehicle, was taken to the hospital for observation.
