Clothing donation bins are popping up in parking lots all over Lancaster County. Consumers often assume the bins benefit charities, but many aren't what they seem.

The Inside Story investigative team has found and mapped nearly 100 bins, many owned by for-profit companies, for an upcoming set of stories in the Sunday News.
